"Paid for 6 Weeks, No SIM Card Received"
I've forked out 6 weeks at 24.99 each, and still no SIM card has shown up. In the end, I requested a refund for the service I never got to use. Their reply? I gotta send back the SIM card (the one I never got) within 14 days of my initial payment. Plus, they say the phone is just on loan, and I need to return it after the contract ends. What a ridiculous company!
